@Shimon Gorodetski your best bet is to focus on the perimeter of a C class area.

I’ve attempted to seal the perimeter of the house and given her traps to put down, but the problem persists.

We are thinking of sodding a perimeter around the house, and adding bushes and bark close to the house.  

We don’t use a PM, just cleaners, but they don’t go around the perimeter of the house to check for issues.

Property is on Escanaba Ave, 9bed, 4ba, bought it for $60k, spent over $100k with almost full reno inside, new plumbing, new floors, electrical, HVAC, roof, etc, then last year I got a list of code violations that had new issues that I had never seen before, including basement beam and siding repair, fix cracks on the perimeter, fix balcony, etc .
