Many people walked away from their Arbitrage lease during the pandemic when people cut out most non essential travel.Third - I would not suggest doing this in a Liberal State that caters more to tenants than Landlords.

interesting that the graphic @Nina Hayden posted has 2021 as having very low foreclosure number - sure - the pandemic basically put mortgage foreclosures on hold so I would expect that number to be artificially low.....
