I live in my own primary residence and that is fully paid off. 

If you are working with a lender who securitizes their own loans, they will likely have a similar requirement.

Makes life way easier as tenants can't go complaining to you about it as its their own responsibility.

II wonder if it would stand up in court that they could force you to use their contractual payment requirements on your own Private property.

I got a couple in my own portfolio that I also manage (I have a management company).

Dont chase yield and don’t try brrs until have owned a few with tested contacts for labor.
