I wish that was the case, but the point about men being very confident about their (wrong) answers kind of negates that argument. 

That would cut out the middle men like wholesalers and realtors.

I'm most definitely not saying women can't do as good or better than men at the construction side of this business.

Maybe cash for keys kind of thing or offer to get two men and a truck out to help him move. 

Some of these companies act only as "middle men."

It appears that with the middle men in place (Google Wallet, eRentPayment, Cozy, Paypal, etc.), your collected rents will be reversed almost immediately, perhaps for several past months, and you may have little to know say in the matter (according to some links that I provided in my previous post), and/or have the burden of proof that the transaction was authorized (difficult for non-point-of-sale transactions), and/or the transaction may be reversed by default whenever the payor claims non-authorized transaction or fraud.
