To me real estate is always a numbers game, you can do just about any thing including forwarding brokers email blasts to people, I have never tried that but I as a wild guess I would say you would need to forward 100,000 to 1 million, and with those kind of numbers you could hit a person who was happy enough you did it to send you a finders fee. 

However if the roles were reversed, I would feel quite insulted that you feel, I as a seller can't make my own choices.
