You want free and accurate tax advice from complete stranger on the internet

Hello BiggerPockets community,I've been searching the internet lately, sifting through a multitude of deal analysis tools, Excel templates, proformas, and DCFs, all aimed at deciphering the viability of multifamily properties.

If some one gives you paper work for a service animal they just got it off the internet. 

All of these programs require good, secured Internet in the laundry room.

You can search the internet for stats on where it is initially cheaper to purchase than to rent.  

Cant beat your ol friendly neighborhood (or in todays world internet neighborhood) accountant  

Business travelers want a desk, fast internet and usually good coffee. 

I anticipate at least another $5000 in cash flow with a new tenant which is will allow for things like electricity and internet to be paid for too as well as more cash flow.

My personal rule of thumb for profile age is that if the profile was created before 2015-2016 (when the internet started to get a bit crazy with misinformation ahead of a certain presidential election), I'll generally proceed as long as they're interacting like a normal person (not a bot) and their profile looks otherwise legit.

Good contractors are a precious commodity and any investor who has spent years and tens of thousands of dollars on contractors form hell will not feel motivated to share those with a stranger on the internet.
