If you just send the standard "will buy your house for cash" postcards, or do generic bandit signs, or canned PPC internet leads, you will waste all of your time on crap "leads" that aren't real.

I'd delegate cold calling tasks for VAs and concentrate solely on engaging with warm leads.

The internet is information overload.  

They are more concentrated on how to buy the house rather than if they should buy the house.

Contracts found on the internet from strangers are often dated, not in compliance with your local laws, or plain trash.

You likely won't find your answer on the internet, FB marketplace is a good start, but I found all my help up there through referrals and picking up the phone. 

It's better than what you'll get from most attorneys and what you'll find on the internet.

I know macro economics is important so anyone can search the internet and come up with their own theories on the subject or a more favorable example and that's great, but this is just my personal experience.
