Can an inspector advise what to be done?

We handled maintenance for a ton of them, the only problem I hated was the inspectors.

I am on a first name basis with just about all the local inspectors/code enforcement and they are an easy bunch to work with.  

It’s an inspection done by a town/village inspector who points out minor things that are required by the town prior to closing.

Can someone recommend a home inspector in Saint Louis, MO for a house in 63137?

They keep sending different inspectors and each ones says one thing, we get it done, another comes back for another round of things.

Have you done enough of them to deal with the City Building Inspector and pass the inspections?

I feel bad for the inspector I'm hiring as this report will be vast.
