Was wondering if I could turn one of my spaces into an assisted living multi-tenant facility as it’s in a great area for it and can be changed with a reasonable rehab.

I have a buddy who invested in a project in Las Vegas that crashed and burned.

Once my property is complete, I think I'll be in a great equity position.

Its great that the seller is will to carry a note in a seller 2nd as well, that will help reduce your require monthly payment with the right lenders.

Because of my savings and lack of expenses, I'm in a very comfortable position to make my first move, but because my income is mid, I'm unable to meet the Debt-to-Income requirements to qualify.

2) dropping a vape in a toilet mid stay is clearly an accident.  

If so, any one have experience doing so in a way that does not accumulate a lot of transfer fees?

I did get grandfathered in and the area where I bought is in a nice part of town.
