Find some realtors that work with investors and ask them where the hot spots are and what’s workingOnce you can tell me off the top of your head at any given time how many properties are on the market and how long they have been on, how many are under contract and how long they have been on the market, how many have sold and how long were they on the market and list price to sale price and the different types of properties SF, Condo, Duplex, townhome etc Once you know this without hesitation you know your market.

I would check out Wyze security cameras (cheap cameras and free cloud backup) and then get a Sprint/ATT/TMobile hot spot to leave at the property for internet connection.

@Casity Kao Seems to be a common story in most places (investors flooding in).Any common areas on the outskirts of GR becoming popular/hot spots for those looking for cheaper housing, or are prices still low enough that people aren't fleeing to the outskirts quite yet?
