In all honesty, I've skipped the listing for some time now but I'm just wondering has anyone ever owned such a small home as a rental?

To be honest, I think it was his confidence and work ethic alone that made him successful.I grew up in suburban CT and found that people were generally friendly, I would imagine that if you are friendly as well, it shouldn't be an issue.

Then there were a handful that were just down to earth. they answered with honesty based on their personal experience.

You are required to find a good property manager and learn how to manage a team from afar - which in all honesty, does take more work upfront however once you set up your systems it is much more passive in the long run!

That may be so, but then be careful of what advise you give others to follow, because in all honesty, for 100% of the people - you, people what to make money from their leads regardless what the leads specific situation is.
