To be honest, I think it was his confidence and work ethic alone that made him successful.I grew up in suburban CT and found that people were generally friendly, I would imagine that if you are friendly as well, it shouldn't be an issue.

You are required to find a good property manager and learn how to manage a team from afar - which in all honesty, does take more work upfront however once you set up your systems it is much more passive in the long run!
