I couldn't be happier!

And still keeping some sort of full-time employment rather than going all-in rental mode would mean that we still get employer-funded health insurance, possibly 401k matches, some income stability, and having a W2 that shows a solid 9-to-5 makes the mortgage companies happier so that we can keep growing.It's weird because most people dream of hitting the lottery, and living a millionaire high-roller life but this idea of mine strangely feels like a hidden gem of a true American Dream.I just had to bring this into this discussion forum because (God love them) I think I've truly outgrown the mom-and-pop advice from the people I know who have never strayed from average nor have they ever tried.Any thoughts or advice?

He couldn't be happier living for free while his mortgage is being paid down by others.  

I am in Central FL and couldn't be happier.

A friend of mine owns in Haymarket and rents out 2 rooms upstairs and his basement and couldn't be happier paying nothing for a half million dollar house.

The deal definitely took longer than anticipated, but we couldn't be happier.

I hate checking with a custodian, except for annual tax reporting.I did a Solo-401K and much happier.

Learned quickly I'm not that smart7) Set budget of 20 calls a day, learned to listen instead of telling people how smart I am.8) Burned thru 2 years without too much income, also found out people don't think I'm that smart since I'm a broker.9) Am happier since I like sales and calling people.What do you want to do is probably your biggest question.  

I was making better margins doing my own work but I'm happier making smaller margins and letting other, good people do the work for me.

The end result is happier residents and happy investors.
