Goodwill, habitat, and others are very area dependent.

Every now and then there are some Habitat type homes in the surrounding neighborhoods.There are some scattered pioneers in the area, but in my opinion that is a very bold bet at that price range.   

So do your homework.Some advice about development though:Check to see where the water table is or if there's a riparian habitat nearby.

I found approximately 5 acres of land in a town close to me, The price is reasonable and I looked on the county site for wetland boundaries, it seems there is a habitat/wetland area in the parcel next to the one I am interested in.

Or habitat for humanity.  

Speed is important but not at the expense of quality or safety.Volunteer on a Habitat for Humanity, or be a helper to a Contractor.The best experience is being there.

Checkout the Habitat for Humanity ReStores for good bathroom tile selections for 100-200 SF, small amounts, good quality stuff, not expensive.

We had to replace our old hinges and used a site called House of Antique hardware to get ones to match  You can also check your local habitat store, but we found them to be horribly expensive there.
