MFH in Dallas 75212

Hi,

I'm investigating doing the MFH house hack in Dallas. For the sake of discussion, Zillow lists this as MFH: 3 bd3 ba for2701 Vilbig Rd, Dallas, TX 75212.

What would be your advice for doing renting out half the duplex here, living in the other half?
