It's nice to offer your tenants, a gym, pool, game room lounge, additional security measures, etc. 

Its a similar model to a gym membership, they provide some resources, but you are charged whether you utilize the weights & treadmill or not.A lot of brokers, such as myself, don't charge "junk" monthly fees to their agents.

I wasn’t entirely sure how to navigate around so I figured I would just put a general statement out there.Currently I run a gym here in la quinta Ca (just outside of Palm Springs) Im looking to get into real estate investing out here, however I’m single and looking to do this as my sole source of income and ultimately build up a solid portfolio so I am willing to re-locate if the opportunity presents itself.

We have a full gym in our subdivision but I haven't used it in many months.
