Would investing in a commercial property within the allowed time frame work as a 1033 exchange?

Think of the LOI as the basic framework or outline to a PSA (purchase & sales agreement).Once the non-binding LOI is accepted by both you and the Seller, the LOI is given to a real estate attorney to prepare the PSA.

Check the tenancy law in the jurisdiction which you just left, they will determine the framework in which the lease exists and will cover the topic of early termination.  

Hard to evaluate information without framework on the topic. 

When I was at the total entry point, I read Rich Dad Poor Dad which gave me a great framework for the mindset of an investor, vs an employee. #2 I got all my affairs in order:  no credit card debt, didn't buy anything not necessary, reliable car, nothing fancy. 

I've been paying about $1,000 in taxes out of pocket every year.Now that I'm 27 and have learned more about investing, I'm starting to analyze this deal from an investor framework.

Although very vague, it provides a framework for what they are going after and mentions several things I thought could have significant impact on real estate investors. 

I set the framework of how much and how often I want to book and they do the rest.

I always have contracts as a framework, but on my part, it is whatever that Ihave to do to get the job done.
