LOL that's better of course.. but for mid west rentals I liked that play limited drama .. and made a ton of money on the go zone tax benes.

Hey @Don Konipol, we only do STR, but for mid term stays, you can't really expect people to bring a full household of furniture etc when they are traveling workers.Frankly, I would leave our vacation rental as is except for the various consumables.

.- Rents are growing 10-15% per year, probably more in Hilltop and East tacoma.In essense, if you are looking for mid-west type cash flow, than Tacoma/South sound isn't a good fit.

@Don Harris  its kind of amusing I had never been on any kind of chat room or Forum  other than my Cirrus owners and pilots forum.. and that is pretty much tell it like it is , and how not to kill yourself.. and of course you have some great knowledge on that site for mid time pilots like myself 750 to 1000 hours. 

Was purchased for mid 400’s totally renovated not too long ago and went straight to Airbnb.I think anything within a mile of the beach is probably safe.

I think it's a great option for mid-range value houses, and can even fit well in higher end houses. 

I have talked to a few GC's and the quotes I got were $140 sq ft for lower end and $240 - $350 sq ft for mid to higher end.
