If you can keep house hacking in some form or fashion that would be an amazing wealth generator!

I knew I wouldn't be receiving much since most of our business is digitized (e-bills, etc) but occasionally I get a vendor/service that wants a good ol' fashioned "address". 

I think we should assume that the proposed new tax will be in some fashion an addition to the existing tax already imposed (i.e., the one posed at ordinary rates, not capital gain rates). 

I'm pretty happy with standard good ol' fashioned buy, fix, rent, hold.

Perhaps you'll even find some kind of financial relief or incentives near you, if the course of this virus does unfold in a more dramatic fashion than we can currently anticipate.

@Tchaka OwenWhat you FEEL is right, is what is actually right can be 2 totally different things.Generally, people who dont pay FEEL they have no need to because they have been wronged in some fashion.

Hopefully I'll see applications in a reasonable fashion.

So I refuse to dive in until I have the systems lined out in a scale-able fashion, so I won't run myself and my wife into the ground as I have before.I'm the overly creative half, and she's the one who crushes it with systems in place.I've studied and understand most strategies, terminology, and how they work together as much as I can without getting in there and playing with them myself.We're almost to that launch point, and I'm getting excited...
