Is there anyone else out there embarking on the journey of flipping a house for the first time?

Recently, a friend and I embarked upon an opportunity for me to have my 1st experience at investing and possibile homeownership.

The two already had an established trust and respect for one another before embarking on this project, which proved invaluable to the renovation process.

I've got one / my first deal under my belt (a buy and hold rental) and now I am embarking into the fun world of flipping.

Welcome@Chris Vair,  As a fellow engineer your embarking on an amazing opportunity,  what we are all excited about or atleast IMHO, is the volatility in 2017 with the Trump presidency taking into affect. 

I decided to embark on this journey without looking back and I am willing to do what it takes to get there.I know you can't do anything without understanding exactly how to do it.
