We got it for a good price and Thomas tore everything out from the pink & blue carpet, blue laminate counter tops, lavender wallpaper and 1980's appliances to be replaced with stainless steel, granite countertops throughout, new flooring etc.

If newer style, does the LCD actually display some numbers, or is it blank?  

My MLS will allow my to display results that include a column for "$/ft^2" (dollars per sq ft).

As you mentioned once the grass, roof, and shutters get done it will really display the color as mentioned in the model but we're back happy now.

It is easy to display faults in anothers arguements when you take them to extremes such as saying I would believe it would be ok for a $32 trillion national debt or even higher.

I was at Home Depot the other day and noticed that they had an end cap display of one of these units.

Wallpaper removal, drywall install, fix holes, prep prime paint.

The way the results are grouped and the fact there's no way to sort the results, once they are displayed.  

Hi; I generally built in Los Angeles SFV area and I see that many of the developers are putting wall display units (closets) with enclosed glass doors on the new construction homes that list for over $1.8M.They make a great focal point, and they can cost you about $5,000.00 to build one with no cooling system (just a display).I would like to hear your opinion in regards if it is worth the investment.
