I'm looking for Unlawful Detainer and it's super easy to just scan down the list (I have a county court and a city court, in a smaller location so there aren't many hearings each day.)

An eviction (unlawful detainer action) would only need to be done if they refused to move out pursuant to your notice to end the tenancy.

Tenant is just receiving Summons and Complaint, now has 5 days to respond to Unlawful Detainer Complaint for nonpayment of rent. 

If they won't move, give them cash to move or file an unlawful detainer.

They dodged the unlawful detainer with some bogus claimsAt some point they called the FD.. stove/ oven was labelled unsafe by FDNo problem.

Like all states, Arkansas still has a civil eviction (called unlawful detainer here).  

If you’re aware that the son is living there, you should name him in the Unlawful Detainer (eviction) action.

If the violations are not fixed then I will file an unlawful detainer action.

There are some exceptions to thisIssue the 30 day notice, be sure it includes the advice that carry over will cause an Unlawful Detainer suite to be filed.

If they have not moved out of the property at the end of the 10 day period, you must go to the local District Court (205 Gov't St. 3rd floor in the North tower here in Mobile) and file an unlawful detainer.
