Need to know

I have a deal that the man has some renters that will not pay rent but is saying there. He has expressed that he wants to sell the property but he says he is got to wait till he  gets them out first. I know if I buy the property that he will give a good deal bc he just wants out from under all of it. I just wanted to know if I was to buy it  how hard it would be for me to get them out and how long here in alabama. I have not done any renting so not sue on any of the laws as far as this.
