Some people who initially show interest don't even bother sending that back, which is fine because I figure they aren't the type of tenant I desire anyways. For those that do send it back and book a day/time for a showing, I would say only 1 in 5 actually turn up to the showing.

When my husband flips the breaker apparently the kitchen and the laundry rooms had no power as well (all these spaces being on the same side of the house) but he didn't realize it because the house is well lit in the daytime and he had no reason to go in the laundry room until he flipped the breaker. The husband was sitting in the driveway so I go out there and I try to talk to him to diffuse the situation because this seems like odd behavior to me.

She would bang on the wall, set up camera and pointing to the driveway; and the latest story was she used a audio device to measure how 'loud' our tenants was during Eastern holiday, during day time, omg... she is just ridiculous. We thought about ditching the property, but we bought it at the peak, 2006 and just way under water and stuck.Over the years, we have had better luck sometimes, and worse luck sometimes, it's like the weather and we just cross our fingers and hope for the best.
