The city of Destin is in the process of passing an occupancy limit for short term rental homes in residential zoned areas.

Hello,  My wife and I found a property that is in a desirable vacation destination.  

I just got orders to move (not sure what my final destination is yet) and I'm curious what my best options are for leveraging the small amount of capital I have for another SFR.

On a personal level, i love to travel, mostly cruising!!
