It currently has no cooling system (just ceiling fans).

And on the other side, I've seen some vacation rentals that are otherwise nothing special but they put in a cool wall of bold wallpaper, pay for nice furnishings and develop a vibe and they outperform their competition. 

Right near the cool old downtown area and good schools and A rated area.

Not sure yet but this property is cool and who knows I think I could cash flow on it because monthly costs are looking like 3200.Appreciate your lengthy response!

That’s a shame it seems like it could have been a really cool strategy especially for a new construction project. 

A Cool part of the Pocono mountains is that the tourist season lasts ALL year- not just for a few months out of the year.

Stay cool I see its 110 in your area and was shocked to see Bend at 112 its 100 here in PDX which is very high.. and of course about 40% of the homes here have no AC.. so miserable for them.

It would be cool to connect when we are down there.
