Hey @Krissi Miramontes Small world, I have a former client in Fair Oaks, or at least her business is there.

Over the past 15+ years in this business, i have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. 

That pain could take the form of working long hours, putting other aspects of your life aside for business, or uprooting your entire life for a short period to escape the rat race.

@Michael Quarles I can honestly say that I've never gotten any solid business from postcards.

We're in the business to make money right?

Possibly set up a single website and consider driving early business there from VRBO or AirBNB to get some initial views.

Our business model is built around working with investors to find them great returns and I would enjoy a conversation around what you are trying to do.

If we hadn’t been fraudulently lead to believe it was a cash deal, we would have not said it was a cash deal and I wouldn't be out $10,000 of EM and a realtor threatening to sue me for their lost commission.I have 25 years in this business and have never experienced the out in out lies this company has continuously regurgitated to us, knowing all along the deal wasn’t going to go thru. 

I'm not looking for partners, but rather people to collaborate with as I'm working to scale my business.  

We want to move projects forward just as badly as you do as it is the only way we make a profit in this business.
