@Christian Rodriguez  Typically there aren't any restrictions on how you want to use your cash once the Heloc has closed. 

If you have a good agent at Networth Realty they will get you a fair deal and keep both sides honest.

@Carolyn McBride what's your opinion on the Foothill and nearby neighborhoods (close to Fruitvale Ave)?

It's close to Overland Park and a few other major suburbs on the KS side.

The Housing Wire article chart shows how FHA and VA loan delinquencies are approaching really high historical levels, close to that of the housing crash.We are still at historic lows for conventional loans.
