I think each market is unique but I list on the majors (Zillow, RentRedi) but have received the most attention on Facebook Marketplace.

It would make for a good way to network with local investors, but also get some honest feedback from other investors on their recommendations on property managers in your marketplace.

When I've sold items on Facebook marketplace before or given things away using my Buy Nothing group, I've always checked the age of someone's profile and any public info on their profile along with evaluating the conversation to see if they pass a "vibe check".

Its a full-service marketplace that purchases under-market properties, manages the renovations on your behalf to get them rent-ready and then manages the property for you for the first year post-closing and beyond if you need them to.

But, for non-QM or DSCR products every different products make up there own rules and there 100's of them in the market place.
