There are lots of service jobs around - my tenants work in restaurants, grocery stores, the casino.

For the sake of considering inflation and taxes, paying down a note with inflated dollars over time using someone elses money is a better inflation and tax strategy than the Wall Street casino. 

If that's near one of the new casino sites or the new GE HQ, it might be justified.I also agree with @Debra Grumbach on the snow removal. 

I look at the economy, which is casinos and tourism for Las Vegas.

I wouldn't count on it, but consult an attorney and decide if you want to take the gamble for laying out court costs now to possibly get some money back down the road.It's kind of like a casino.

It says nothing about how many dollars will be in your pocket after you've counted your chips when the casino is closed. 

Also, Huntington is the closest point in VA to the new MGM National Harbor Casino and the outlets.

Account Closed, afaik, the same Lender would be fine if you told them you wanted to take out a maximum HELOC so you could "invest" it at the casinos during in Las Vegas.

For example, short term rentals (under 30 days) are illegal in Las Vegas thanks to casino/resort lobbying.
