I don't have many issues with Builduim but one beef I have with other software is, unlikley buildium, trying it out is a giant pain.With Buildilum you go to their site, hit "try now" (or whatever the button says), put in a name/email and boom, you instantly have a trial account that's fully functional.

If he was allowed to smoke in the unit for 17 years, it's reasonable to think that smoke smell would be a by-product of the behavior.

The property was purchased pursuant to a court ordered sale (signed by clerk of court, per order) and that still fell outside the Federal code, so the bank's beef was valid.

I'm an Ohio insurance agent and I see it all the time with my landlords who don't require the tenants to carry renters insurance have a beef when a minor situation happens - a lot of time when it's the tenants fault too.

But if you were offered a financial advisor who doesn't charge for time- only by products (and only if they are required) who would spend hours a year with you digging in on protection, understanding, and the truest costs of money- I don't think anyone in their right mind would say "I know all that, so no thanks." - Unless you've spent the last 60 years studying, practicing, working on those exact things- there's no way to get some of this information in the public without dedicating massive resources to learn and implement.
