One tenant was on a month to month and the place was filthy and smelled and in dire need of work.

Now you are fighting an uphill battle against someone who is savvier than you.

Not that we allow smoking of any kind in our units, but tenants break rules, and I've never had a problem with lingering weed smoke, whereas cigarettes can seriously harm a unit to point you need to put thousands of dollars into remediating the smell.

and the house is in horror condition covered with animal fesses, dirty cloths, trash everywhere, the smell is unbearable.( i was there to talk to the neighbors, but somehow their dog broke the door and got out. got on my car wont leave.

If you're in the 45 day period and lose a property it's no harm no foul. 

The mice don't like the smell.

Airbnb is under attack in many cities but AIRBNB as a company will not assist in any legal battle and often lobby for things that are against a host's best interest.Many realtors support Airbnb.

Collaborating with others in the industry  and the ups and downs of the economy and deals makes it interesting along the way.. and then you can stop and smell the roses along the way also.. don't want to sacrifice everything as you never know when your number gets called..

I responded and am ready for battle.

The smell was overwhelming and so I left the place.
