A couple quick questions I had were:Is there a way for attendees to get an idea on whether or not the bank is going to have their own starting bid?

Attendees will participate in this Rockstar Connect networking event which are widely known as the preeminent functions to friend "successful and intriguing people".

Since  jan  anand launching the second home near lil 5 poimts, there have been more conference attendees...graduations...spring breakers and family vacations.

Each attendee pays $10 to defray the cost of the room and the snacks that are provided. 

Rich,That is one of the beauties of the webinar, it allows for the "students" to ask questions and each attendee gets to hear all the questions and answers.It would be a two way after the presentation/education portion rather than the one way we have on blogs.

Intermediate and new investors frequently have day jobs and can't attend during the day.So the groups meet when the largest numbers of attendees are available.

. - External factors could affect the rental market (the military base required short term attendees to live on post rather than off post)- Have a reserve when your rental doesn't rent as fast as you'd like it to- Utilize the internet (My renter found a post I had on craigslist)- It's about marketing (there's so much noise out there, the internet, news etc, that you need to do something to be different to attract your tenant)Also I built a website for my other side business.What did you do last month?

I am not much of a rei meeting attendee, but when I do go I find it striking that most of the people their are trying to do the exact thing that you are doing, so in many cases you end up with a room full of networkers, meeting with networkers.One lesson that I would suggest is that when you do go to one, try to identify the key players by talking to other networkers there about what is what.

We skipped the sales pitch and moved on after hearing from another attendee that they had tried to have her open credit cards to finance the investment.

University and college housing is a good investment to start with, verify that the students pass background checks and have a guarantor for each one, some institutions also require first-year attendees to dorm at the university (Harvard, MIT, etc.)
