Is there a sub-lease agreement that I can add on as an amendment to the existing contract?

My question is are they allowed to do that or should they be held to the amended term date of 1/31/22?

We recently purchased a duplex and had a few electrical issues and a few windows that didn’t latch put in our amendment before we agreed to purchase.

Then you can amend the lease or sign a new one if a new roommate comes into play.

But if your in Texas you can go to Bull Forms https://www.bullformstexas.com... to be able to use the TREC 1to4 and amendments for assigning the contract to another buyer if your not using a realtor.

I am assuming you already filed your 2020 taxes anyways, so unless you amend your return, it is probably too late.

Given that, is there anything you could suggest to amend the second approach you outlined?

Can it be amended and the brother buy in as a limited partneron  the original llc that performed the 1031?

And if I do, do I need to amend their lease do add a day to the contract?
