for corona delays I get that but to back out for ANY REASON I would not sign that contract as a seller. give time to work through the system sure.. but ANY REASON that's just tying up a property that the buyer knows they can walk at anytime. you would have people totally abusing you if you did this as a seller

When you give tenants something for free, they have a tendency to abuse it.

Doesn't the governor see that he just left out in the cold anyone who isn't in housing, anyone who needs to escape an abusive household, anyone who needs to move here for a job, or who needs to move, for any reason?

Hello BP,I'm looking for some guidance re: a domestic abuse issue with a tenant that I have.

They are not some free public utility that you can abuse.

Apparently the co-worker got out of a bad relationship (domestic abuse) and she wants to keep an eye on her mental health.

As long as there is money in the treasury, unethical politicians will always use that money in abusive ways in exchange for votes.

I can not take any mkre abuse from this state.It's no wonder people are leaving by the thousands.

I for one am in a good position with my renters, (I hope) as I only have 3 properties, 2 occupied by retirees (probably better of than myself, and I don't think likely abuse the system) and another younger couple who if they tell me they have lost their jobs they can come work for me. 

My other fear is leaving our realtor feeling abused.
