Paint it beige and then paint the trim and gutters in a contrasting color, maybe forest green.

Still managed to almost lose my hat on the deal just finishing out flooring and a few trim items.  

Baseboards trim and doors (prints around door handles is gross), ledges, Windows screens & frames, sliding door tracks, etc. caulk everything fresh clean lines pop, fresh paint, patch all holes.

Sure you can whittle away at your costs but you make money when you do deals not when you trim your lists.

Still have to install the backsplash, cabinet trim, and baseboards but we are getting there!

If the siding is in good shape just paint it or paint the trim a different color and that would change the curb appeal a lot for not much out of pocket.
