New Buy
I just signed the purchase agreement on a rougher looking rental. It's got a great return, but has more potential in it's current market. My question is, what can i do to add curb apeal. I'm the #s guy and not the design guy. It's all brick and has been painted white, so it shows all of it's flaws. New windows and a door would go a long way, but what can I do to improve the brick look? First thought is caulk the cracks and paint a different collor. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I would think that a tan color with a lighter trim would look good. Also, shutters on the windows would add a nice touch.
