i just pushed back on my agent and insisted on 8/1 inspection because if we do inspections 8/1 with 15 days to get mold testing back, we can close 8/21 or 8/28.

Do some a/b testing.

My renter txted me the other day saying the well water was bad at the acreage they are renting from me, they got the water tested and it shows small traces of coliform which I was told can be remedied by shocking the well!

I I learned how to fly years ago in about 10 hours I soloed.. but I was not licensed I had a student license after passing physical but you still needed to take the big test and a flight test to be legal and get your wings.Real estate for most folks is their most important or biggest financial asset they have or will have and now you have all these unlicensed yahoos running around with little to no education many with very suspect morals etc .. trying to bring buyer and seller together for compensation..

Also, they should stress-test their properties to handle any potential equity changes or loss of rent.

So if you're looking at the self sufficiency test that can be tricky!  

Fingers crossed in 7 years I have not had to test my coverage, but in the area of my rentals a golf cart is expected with the rental.

Once you have a shortlist, sign up for an account with each one and test them extensively to see how they function.
