The outer areas of Park City, like the area of Kimball Junction and the Canyons (if you remember where those are) are seeing around 13% appreciation with rents climbing as well.

They are close to hiking and fantastic sightseeing areas like Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Canyon, Pikes Peak and downtown OCC.

The areas I'm most interested in investing are Ogden, South Utah County, the Provo-Orem area, and potentially Logan.

I'd recommend the Blue Canyon Team (now Future Real Estate).

Colin, I’ve seen clients of our do well in Acton, Canyon Country, Palmdale etc.

Amarillo is NOT a small city (unless you compare it to one of the metroplexes) and has adjacent Canyon with WTAMU and a good sizes student population, is adding the TTU veterinary school, and has a relatively diverse economy.

Williams is putting more $$$ into tourism and the like,It is right on the road to the south rim of the Grand Canyon.

The town of Ouray is nestled at the foot of the mountains in a box canyon.

We're actually working on a glamping development up near the Grand Canyon so not too far away!

My wife and I live in Missouri have spent the past year setting up our property in between Williams, AZ and the Grand Canyon, (about 25 minutes from the South Rim).
