I recently found a company in Washington state that sells drywall tape that is already textured (you can buy it smooth as well) that cannot be punctured - so it can be used instead of patching with drywall and mud - and look invisible when paint is applied over it. 

The government patched it up and pushed it on its way.       

Do you have a crew of people helping you clean, repair, and patch?

How much are you guys paying to patch drywall?

BTW:  A first floor radiator doesn't have to be an exact size match as you can just drill a new hole for the supply or return pipe and patch the previous hole closed.  

Would these be a good patch over in the meantime until I get the real site up and running or what would you suggest?

Most are paint/patch/caulk and window screens.

Signs that they are trying to hide a foundation issue suck as patched over cracks and paint that doesn't quite match in these areas.

Selling is short term thinking...every deal you do is going to go through different patches.

We will replace fixtures, can rewire a basic outlet / switch, patch holes in drywall, texture, etc.
