Drywall Patching Cost

How much are you guys paying to patch drywall? For example, you make a hole in the wall to install new ducts or a hole to access plumbing.

I see prices per sheet hung + finished but not for smaller patches. Obviously this depends on location, how many patches, size of patches, etc., but what is a general 'guide' you use to estimate the costs?

Next question... say after priming the walls you see errors in the work, do you typically have an agreement to fix those errors before paint included in the scope?

Thanks!
