Almost every few weeks there is a news story of new-construction homes burning down sometimes whole subdivisions.

I have heard a few stories in the news over the years where the bill is in the tens of thousands or worse.

THe good news is that the area is and will always be full of tourists. 

Good news is I don’t think there is a wrong answer- but I do think there is a best choice.

LTR rates by checking out HUD/Section 8, local news, I'll google local companies hiring etc.
