Hey guys, wanted thoughts on this:Have a qualified applicant that I have an extra good feeling about: only problem is, the home does not come with central AC (we provide new window units) and the potential tenant says its a deal breaker.The neighborhood has a mixture of homes WITH central AC and some without, so providing window units is right in line with the neighborhood.

For my rentals (in state), when I have turnover, I use a mixture of Cozy.co's listing feature, which propagates to other sites like Realtor.com, and Zillow Rental Manager, which is also free and propagates to Trulia and Hotpads.

No, we didn't have a termite bond because our first handy man treated all properties with some kind of lime mixture and when he quit working for us due to a disability, it didn't occur to us to get bonds and have annual treatments but, we do now.
