Although I'll tell you that today's episode of the BiggerPockets Money Podcast is Kristy and Bryce from Millennial-Revolution, and tomorrow we're having a bonus episode bringing them back to discuss how they tested their portfolio before retirement so they could be sure it would sustain their lifestyle. 

While this is typically targeted towards Millennials, it is a statistic that has increased across the board.

Depending on size of unit, you could go all-out 'millennial' with stainless, granite, ceramic and upgraded fixtures, ie lights, faucets.

@Ashland Bishop The areas of Jacksonville that are really hopping (doing well) seem to be those where the Millennials have come to roost.

Is it possible that somebody has realized that many millennials are currently renting and that enticing them to continue doing so will push the housing market in the buyers favor?

Though, my guess is that the areas of concentration for millennial movers are Riverside, Murray Hill, the Beaches, etc. 

I’m a millennial about the same age as a lot of these other posters talking about quitting their job (and I studied engineering like Im your example).

Market them as fashionable and hip to millennials.  

Detroit has been on the rebound for a few years already and the introduction of this substance will bring in more businesses, attractive for millennial growth, and cause media to take away the "bankrupt city" annotation Detroit has and spin the new name for Detroit of this like "land of opportunity for businesses and millennials."
