Multi Family Homes Or Duplex, Triplex, 4 plex
Hey! My name is Ashland Bishop, retired Veteran who is looking to buy a duplex or triplex in Jacksonville, FL. I plan on living in one unit and renting out the other units for cash flow. Can anyone in Jacksonville or any other area give me some advice and tell me what areas are growing? I would think around colleges would be a great place to look for property. Thanks!
