Ill be buying a new construction townhome in milpitas  and i will probably pick either reali or openlisting. 

I mean a convoluted 0% credit card idea might be ill advised but at least we could argue the merits, this just completely makes no sense on any level?

When I inquire with lenders I give them the following info:Property: Investment rental (non-owner occupied SFH)Credit Score: >740Loan Amount: $80-$120KRequired LTV: 80%While im on a site like Zillow looking at properties, Ill often try to to look up rates (and APRs) and after entering in the information above  I see numbers in the mid to high 4s.

Iam looking to get into multi unit too.. .ill have my Fl license end of summer...I rent out many single family homes in st augustine; Jax.......Im looking for the right broker myself...even to affiliate with, for investor minded,, and multi unit..Ill trade ya info when I find out.

I search for houses by driving around and it becomes easy to spot a 'distress' house and when they are vacant, I find out if the owners are gone and living in a far-off state or are ill and just have really 'divorced' themselves from the property.
