A quick Google turns up conflicting information.

I’m in same situation , lots invested and came across this thread after a Google search - would love to have a call.  

Companies like Intel, Amazon, and Google are investing here.I own all my investment properties in Columbus and work with many out-of-state investors from both coasts who love the turnkey and BRRRR opportunities here.

You can usually find some events by doing a simple google search.

If they stay more than five days, I recommend treating it somewhere during their stay.There are a lot of guides on youtube or Google specific to short-term rentals.

Create a Google Number to help with this.

Maybe this is a Milwaukee thing, but we have a lot who are either not good, cringeworthy to listen or outright dangerous, many of them with 5 star reviews on Google, which is a mystery to me

Now their rates have increased. 5 Stars on Google doesn't mean much, definitely avoid Pioneer Property Management at all costs.
