This morning I sat down to write a letter to my daughter (10) and niece (15) and when I finished I decided to share here with my female real estate investors because I am rooting for all of you!

Hello all of my fellow female investors!

The police came to every house on the street and told every kid, male and female, that they should stay away from him, do not say hi, stay in groups, never go anywhere with him, etc.

Im a young female who comes from a sales and customer service background (restaurants 4yrs experience  and car sales 1 yr experience).

She’s just doesn’t have that passion for real estate like many females just yet.

I have a tenant that was born a female, started renting one of my apartments as a female , still looks like a female , even wears skirts.
