I could pay my mother and father in law to do the landlording? 

I am an ARMY combat veteran of 6 yrs. and a father of three beautiful girls.

My name is Harrison, my father and I are actively looking to buy a 30-100 space, primarily lot rent Mobile Home Park with upside in the Southeastern United States (Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee).

Because I am not currently seeking employment, I was hoping to rely on my father and his leverage to help.

I'm still wet behind the ears and looking for my first deal.I started up a window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning business August 2016 but that was under my Father-in-law on his books, and I started up officially under my own business license in February 2017. 

I am currently on title with my step-father.  

My initial thought was to ask my father (who is living on his inheritance) for a $10k loan, but he doesn’t think that now is a good time to get into RE.

I did one with their father's group out of Tiverton.

My own father has served a several sentences in prison for drug charges.
