Hi -- I'm an investor in Orlando with a team focused on wholesaling and finding LTR/STR's and Padsplits for investors throughout Central FL.

REI Central and the Charleston Real Estate Investor Group both have solid meetups every month (both are next week).

The home is in a great neighborhood, and I expect it to appreciate greatly based on new development and being centrally located within the town.

The majority of our properties are in East-Central Texas.

Unfortunately I'm in Central Florida so not sure I can be much help in finding anything HOWEVER, from a mortgage standpoint... have you spoken to RBC? 

With ductwork it's easier to install central air.
