You shouldn't pull them out of thin air.Look at a variety of websites marketing rentals: zillow.com, realtor.com, apartments.com, etc.

I think it would be too risky without someone checking on it in between guests.

I am a buy and hold Investor in this area, for sure!

These people often don't understand lending and have a checklist of boxes to check.
